Leadership Development Institute
Each year, the Education Foundation of Anne Arundel County Public Schools and Anne Arundel County Public Schools (AACPS) offers AACPS employees the opportunity to participate in the Leadership Development Institute (LDI).
This year-long professional development program engages participants in monthly sessions to cultivate collaborative leaders and enhance partnerships between the school system and business sector.
