This year-long professional development program engages participants in monthly sessions to cultivate collaborative leaders and enhance partnerships between the school system and business sector. We are now accepting applications for the 2015-2016 LDI Class. All AACPS Employee are eligible to apply to this year-long program, which is provided at no cost to participants. Click here to complete your online application today!
There is a two-step process for applying to the Leadership Development Institute:
Round 1: Application & Recommendations
- Complete the online application by the deadline of April 30, 2015.
- Ask two professional references to complete the online Recommendation Form to support your application to the Leadership Development Intitute. (Applicants will receive specific instructions about how to access and complete this form after submitting their online application.
Round 2: The Interview
- Applicants selected to move onto Round 2 will interview with educators and business professionals from the selection committee. Applicants to be interviewed will be notified in the late spring of their interview date.
